I love this so much! There’s such a FREEDOM in giving yourself that opportunity to be truly yourself and return to those pieces of your childhood that you miss as well. This hit so many different notes for me 💜
one of my goals for 2025 was to read more ,I put a book in my car . Had an half an hour wait at school pick up so would use that time to read ,it also helped that I can't get any phone signal in the spot I park .will be bringing this into 2026 . Currently reading the anxious generation, would love any recs for more books like this vibe would be great x
I love the more analog approach! I'm focusing on putting myself back out into the world after an extremely stressful few years of helping family members dealing with serious illness. I'm trying to get more in touch with how I feel through journalling and building my self-confidence by chasing whims and setting time aside for some passion projects.
Love every point you made. I wanted to go more analog before I realized there was a term for it. I also journaled more in my teens (I’m now in my late 20s) and truly crave returning to that practice. I hope it serves us all well as we move forward in this new year. Happy day 🌟
Knocked it out of the park with this share! Reaffirming some of my own goals for 2026, some continued over from 2025, long form media consumption vs scrolling, carrying an actual book and unplanned grassroots family time 🤍Love your content!
I’d love to hear more about the analog bag idea. I’ve been wanting to return to analog for the last year, so this really speaks to me. And if anyone has any ideas/recs on analog speakers and radios I would love your input.

Less rushing, less reactive, more presence. Love that!!!
All of the above, this hit on so many levels.
Thank you, Kath! I'm so glad it resonated with you!!
Yes, yes and yes. I love this!!!
Always having a book with me has drastically reduced my screentime/mindless scrolling and thereby my mindless shopping - a win all around!
Plus I’ll get through books even faster and be able to read even more this year! A win all around 💯

Yes! Such a valuable practice I’m excited to get back into.
The year of finding my own hobby! Now that my kids are getting older I feel like I have a bit more time. Thinking of trying knitting or golfing!
Yes to hobbies!!
