This is the week! The Basket Tote will finally be launching on Friday and she’s a beauty. (Join the email list to shop it early on Thursday!). Above there are several Legit Mom Style ways I’ve worn it, both in regular life and on vacation. It holds more than you’d think, too — I’ve used it as my personal item on 3 flights now and it easily held my laptop, books, jewelry, snacks and wallet.

Collaboratively designed by my friend Abby Alley and me, it’s made from Milulu grass (which grows wild in Tanzania) and woven by women. These basket totes give you natural, contemporary style while being completely functional, and they’re finished with beautiful black leather handles.
