Week in Review #47: Somewhere Between Sunshine and Sweaters
A very special fall partnership, a team celebration, and signs of fall on the horizon
There’s something about August — the golden light, the slower rhythm, the knowing that change is around the corner.
This week marked the launch of our fall collaboration with Freda Salvador, and it’s been such a joy to share these pieces with you. They’re grounded in intention, designed with care, and a true reflection of our shared love of timeless, quietly bold design.
We also celebrated our incredible team last night with a dinner out last night — specifically as a way to thank our amazing retail associates who made our first summer in our Solana Beach studio such a success.
As we wrap up the season, I’m looking forward to our special in-studio pre-fall event with Freda Salvador and Vincent James. Mark your calendar for August 21st and let us know you’re coming — it’s going to be a good one.
All in all, I’m savoring these final weeks of summer (especially the slower mornings!) while looking ahead — to fresh ideas, intentional wardrobe shifts, and the cozy, nostalgic feelings that fall always brings.
