Week in Review #32: Celebrating my team, taking a staycation & our grand opening

Hey buddies,
This week has been one of those beautiful reminders of how much good can come from building something with people you truly love working with, and we’re celebrating a big milestone at NBD — our team has officially grown to two full-time members! To mark the occasion, we went out for an incredible team lunch, reflecting on how far we’ve come and all the exciting things ahead. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by such dedicated, talented women who make everything we do possible. Niki & Ellie, you’re the best!!
I’m also taking a little staycation this week with three of my best friends — Conni, Karla, and Ailsa. Every year, Freda Salvador sends us somewhere together (such a gift!), and this time, we’re spending a few days in San Diego, which is where both Conni and I are based. Slowing down, soaking up time together, and dreaming big dreams together — because we can’t help ourselves!
Also happening this week — this Saturday is our Grand Opening in Solana Beach, and I would absolutely love to see you there! Not only will our store be open for the first time, but Karla will be selling her amazing Denim Patchwork Jackets, and Conni will be hosting an open house for her styling studio, which is on the same property as our shop.
