What I Wore This Week #15: Reflections on personal style evolutions
Outfits from travel, walking my dog, office days & lounging at home.
Reflecting on the past year or so, I feel like I’ve really settled into my personal style, and with that, I’ve found an even deeper sense of confidence and ease in how I present myself to the world. It’s taken time to get here — there were plenty of trial-and-error moments, pieces that seemed right but didn’t quite fit, and trends I tried before realizing they weren’t for me. But through it all, I learned to focus less on what’s “in” and more on what truly feels like me. There's something powerful about knowing who you are and letting that guide your choices, and in my case, I’ve found that when I put on pieces that resonate with me, I feel like the most authentic version of myself.
Yet this journey of personal style isn’t just mine — it’s something so many of us go through, and it looks different for everyone. Style is an ongoing process of self-discovery, not a one-size-fits-all destination. Maybe you’re at a place where you’re experimenting, figuring out what fits your lifestyle, or revisiting old favorites that still make you feel great. It’s okay if it’s an indirect path or if your style keeps evolving. What’s most important is that it reflects who you are and what makes you feel both comfortable and empowered. That’s where the magic really happens — when you look in the mirror and see YOU, not just clothes.
I hope that wherever you are on your own style journey, you give yourself permission to embrace what feels authentic to you. Whether that means curating a capsule wardrobe of classic pieces or mixing in unexpected trends, your style should be a reflection of who you are and what makes you feel vibrant and confident. When you lean into that, you’ll find that personal style isn’t just about looking good — it’s about feeling like the best, most genuine version of yourself.
Keep on reading to see what I wore over the past week!1
MONDAY: Testing out our brand new NBD Baseball Cap and I’m so into it. The perfect shade of forest green!
TUESDAY: Travel day up to Carmel for installation of our new pop-up. (See what I packed here)
WEDNESDAY: More install & another travel day! My sweater is from the shop our pop-up location is in, but sadly not available anymore.
THURSDAY: First, a dog-walking outfit that proves that a long coat & sunnies makes even pajama pants feel elevated. For the office I changed into a tank, blazer and jeans — an outfit combo that never fails me.
FRIDAY: Up close and personal with my hat, sunnies & sweater on my walk! Then I changed into a tee, jeans, loafers & jacket for the rest of the day, and I put my Asymmetrical French Pin to good use hiding my dirty hair.
SATURDAY: Hosted an IG Live and in-person shopping event with Clare V in Lido Village. I’ve done several of these over the years and they are always among the most fun work days of my year. They have the best team, and I love connecting with you on live video!
SUNDAY: I didn’t get a photo of what I wore during the day, but my lounge clothes were worth the photo — obsessed with this set and this sweater. It’s been my go-to lately for hanging around the house.
MONDAY: Elevated and comfortable for an office day. The barn jacket continues to be a favorite of mine and I love it paired with the cream tee & trousers.
Until next time!
xx

I have been eyeing that Doen denim jacket and seeing it on you I’m sold! Might be my Christmas gift to myself! Love all these looks, as always!
Love your style! I was looking at the Nube jacket that I think you’ve worn in both cream/black if I remember right? If I am right, and I had to choose between the colors is there one you find you wear more or goes with more outfits? Thanks!
